Kids Time Sept 09-Dec 09	Meets Sunday nights 5:30 - 7:30pm For the children of parents in smallgroups.
Ministry Interest Form	God made each of us to play a special part in the body of Christ. There is nothing better than finding the place where you fit - getting to live life playing the part you were made to play. One way we can help you find that place is by filling out the Ministry Interest form, so when there is a need for someone with a particular gift,interest or ability, we'll know who to contact.
Participating Membership Confirmation Form	This form records important information from those who desire to become participating members. It helps us keep track of and care for them.
Prayer Request	Use this form to submit a prayer request or praise report to the prayer team. Can be submitted anonymously.
Small Group Interest	Please use this form if you are interested in joining a small group. Your information will be matched with a small group and forwarded to the group leader.
